Latency Issue
Hello sir,
Honestly I really like this server and the way you have most things setup it is better than most I have played.

Unfortunately as soon as you start to get some speed for us in Canada BC walking becomes super choppy and almost unbearable just for getting to the next spot let alone for fighting. We tried everything we could to make the connection clearer from our end including a VPN in Brazil. Sadly we saw no improvements still.

My friends have already left to play Dura online and even though I would much rather stay and play here I am going to have to go aswell unless you could atleast provide some explanation and a date you could fix this issue if you can fix this issue?

Please get back to me on this before I waste too much time on this other server, if this will be fixed than I will play here and my friends will come back aswell.

below a paste from half of the text from the e-mail I've sent you, so others can be aware of what is going on aswell:

"Hi again. I will start from the beginning so you can understand what we’ve been going through:
We have a powerful ddos protection service, which is in the middle of you and our server, handling all traffic in between.
It works as an anycast network, which have endpoints in all regions of the world: North America, Europe, Asia and South America. It works as a proxy, which takes you to the nearest PoP and forward your connection to us with the best route, providing you better latency and stability (if the proxy goes down, your connection goes automatically without interruption to another).

We had it all set, working 100% with our old machine, on different hosting company. But it didn’t work out, the machine had a few problems with the processing, and we had to change it quickly to another. This new hosting company is blocking our proxy ips since day one. As a temporary fix we removed all of them and just let the brazilian PoP on our DDoS Protection service.
I’ve sent literally 30 ticket messages to the company, they keep waiting for responses from superiors, misreading my tickets or simply ignoring me. It seems like a problem to them, as we have a lot of ips to allow. But has been a ton of time already and they are not so good on providing atleast that kind of support. It has been 13 days since I’ve opened the first ticket.

Unfortunately, it is our best option of host in Brazil, it is very stable and the only one an OTServer like mine could afford (I am serious, other better machines such as an AWS (better option) would be waaay more than this server could pay).
The thing is, the machine is great, but the latency issue regards on our protection, which we can’t deactive or the server would go instantly down because of ddos, we receive a lot of attacks always.
So I am still waiting for the IPs to be allowed."
